little chickpea

Little Chickpea is a Portland-based ice creamery that makes 100% nondairy, gluten free, and nut free ice cream, waffle cones, and toppings using chickpeas as the primary ingredient. During the pandemic, they were forced to close their shop. They are now pivoting to offering their products wholesale. In this student project, I propose that they partner with Whole Foods in a bold and edgy ad campaign to expand the market for their chickpea ice cream products across the west coast (and eventually the nation).
